I have leveraged artificial intelligence to revolutionize the cybersecurity customer experience, as demonstrated by my creation of GenAI agentic tools that accelerated discovery and use of automation to reduce churn and contraction at leading companies such as CrowdStrike.

As an individual contributor, I have been recognized as a top value specialist in cybersecurity. I have helped to both accelerate deal speed for net new as well as retain key customers by selling to business outcomes. In my role as manager, I have increased team efficiency and avoided headcount increases with a creation of a global-team GenAI agentic agent. These efficiencies led to my team having the highest number of deliverables to the customer in last FY. As a builder, I have trained 15+ new value consultants globally at CrowdStrike and 4 cohorts of 20+ sales team members in AMS in value selling best practices.

With an MBA from Rice University and over a decade of experience in consulting, I bring a unique combination of principal value selling and value organization leadership experience.

In her spare time, Margaret is passionate about pro-bono consulting for nonprofits that empower women.
